Clocks Print E-mail

Now you can make your own customized clocks!!!

Step 1

Start by drawing a circle on the page.

  • For the small clocks, draw a 7" diameter circle.
  • For the large clocks, draw a 8" diameter circle.
Now center the circle on the page both vertically and horizontally.

  • Step 2

Now place the numbers to your clock face around the edge of the circle. Many people insert graphics in place of the numbers.

    Step 3

The next step is to make a test print on plain paper.

    Step 4

Pay attention because this is the most important part!!!

  • Get a good light source such as a desk lamp.
  • Lay one of the perforated clock faces over the test print you made over earlier.
  • Compare where the numbers are with the clock face.
  • Check the accuracy of your print.
  • Save the file at this point and retain it as a template for future clocks.
  • If you are satisfied, you can now finish the design of the face.

  • Step 5

The last two steps to making a face are designing the print and deleting the circle that was first drawn.

    Step 6

This is the final print. The perforated face is now carefully removed from the page.

    Step 7

Now open the clock and take it apart.

    Step 8

Use a knife to pry open the cover.

    Step 9

We do not recommend using any adhesive to on the face. The notch and the cover will hold it in place!!
